【摘要】 目的 探讨ATP-生物荧光法(ATP-TCA系统)在消化道恶性实体肿瘤体外药物敏感性试验中的应用。方法 取肝癌、胃癌、直肠癌、结肠癌共39例患者的手术标本，应用ATP-TCA系统方法做药物敏感性试验。

    结果 ATP-TCA的可评估率为92.31%；6种试验用化疗药物的敏感率分别为：丝裂霉素12.50%，紫杉醇23.33%，顺铂30.77%，羟喜树碱42.31%，5-氟尿嘧啶51.85%，表阿霉素61.54%。结论 ATP-生物荧光法可用于消化道恶性实体肿瘤化疗药物的筛选。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the application of the ex vivo ATP-bioluminescence assay(ATP-TCA) in the chemotherapy of digestive tract malignant solid tumor.Methods The surgical specimens of 39 patients,including primary liver cancer,gastric carcinoma,colic and rectal carcinoma,were tested by the ATP-TCA.Results Evaluable test results were achieved in 36 of 39 patients,the evaluability rate was 92.31%.The sensitive rates of mitomycin C (MMC),paclitaxel (TXL),cisplatin (CDDP),camptothece (HCT),5-fluoruracil (5-FU),epirubicin (EPI),was 12.50%,23.33%,30.77%,42.31%,51.85%,61.54%,respectively.Conclusion ATP-TCA is a good option in the chemotherapeufic agents screening of digestive duct malignant solid tumor. ......
