制样方法对玻璃离子水门汀与牙釉质间剪切粘接强度的影响

     [摘要] 目的:本文主要研究制样方法对玻璃离子水门汀与牙釉质间的剪切粘接强度的影响。方法:将充填好玻璃离子水门汀的模具在制样环境中自然放置10 min、20 min、30 min后移入37 ℃±1 ℃恒温恒湿箱中,1h后取出试样,然后放入37 ℃±1 ℃去离子水中, 24 h后分别测试不同制样方法所制备试样的剪切粘接强度。比较不同制样方法对剪切粘接强度的影响。结果:试验结果表明不同的制样方法对剪切强度有显著影响,在制样环境中放置10 min所制备的试样,其剪切粘接强度最大,在制样环境中暴露20 min后,其强度则显著下降,暴露时间越长,强度下降的越多。结论:不同制样方法对玻璃离子水门汀与牙釉质间的剪切粘接强度极限具有重要的影响,在比较不同文献中玻璃离子水门汀的剪切粘接强度时应注意其试样的制备方法。

    [Abstract]Objective: The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of preparing sample methods on the bond strength of glass ionomer cement to enamel. Methods: The samples were prepared, then exposed in the air for pre-determined intervals, subsequently the sample was storaged in 37℃, 100%RH cublator for 1h, and tested the strength after the sample immersed in water for 24h. Results: The bond strength of the samples exposed in the air for 10min is the highest than any others, and the bond strength of the samples, which exposed in the air for 20mins after the beginning of mixing, decrease dramatically, and continuing decreased with prolonging exposed time. Conclusion: The method of preparing sample has a significant effect on the bond strength of glass ionomer cement to enamel. ......
