氟化物控释装置对钛合金表面粗糙度影响的初步研究

     [摘要] 目的:研究氟化物控释装置防龋对钛合金表面粗糙度的影响。方法:成品钛基台样本24个,随机均分4组。A、B、C组分别在加入2粒氟化物控释装置的20 mL人工唾液中浸泡5、10、25 d,D组在20 mL人工唾液中浸泡25 d作为空白对照。用干涉显微镜测量各组样本的表面粗糙度。结果:A、B、C组样本的表面粗糙度分别为(0.302±0.025) μm、(0.311±0.035) μm、(0.330±0.039) μm,D组的表面粗糙度为(0.292±0.030) μm。经统计学分析,空白对照组样本与其他各组样本表面粗糙度无显著性差异(P>0.05),A、B、C组样本两两之间亦无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:应用氟化物控释装置对钛合金表面无显著影响,表面粗糙度不随时间变化而变化。

    Effect of Intraoral Fluoride Controlled-release Device (IFRD) on Surface Roughness of Titanium Alloy.

    [Abstract]Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the roughness of titanium alloy exposed to IFRD 5, 10, 25 days in vitro. Methods: 24 titanium abutments were divided randomly into 4 groups. Group A、B and C samples were immersed into 20ml artificial saliva with 2 IFRDs for 5, 10, 25 days equal to 1, 2, 5 years in vivo respectively. Group D samples were immersed into 20ml artificial saliva without IFRD and were regarded as blank control. Their roughness values were measured by interference microscope. Results: Roughness values of group A, B, C, D were respectively (0.302±0.025)μm, (0.311±0.035)μm, (0.330±0.039)μm, (0.292±0.030)μm. There was no significantly difference between any two groups(A-B, A-C, A-D, B-C, B-D, C-D). Conclusions: IFRD had no significant effect on surface roughness of titanium alloy. ......
