【摘要】 目的 探讨人工晶体术后迟发性葡萄膜炎的治疗方法。方法 对38例(38眼)人工晶体术后迟发性葡萄膜炎进行观察，均在术后10～40天内发生以前部为主的急性葡萄膜炎症反应，占同期人工晶体植入术的3.7%。采用局部扩瞳、地塞米松联合妥布霉素结膜下注射等方法治疗。结果 大部分病例7～14天内炎症消退，1例30天内消退，视力恢复。结论 迟发性葡萄膜炎属人工晶体术后较晚期并发症，如早发现，及时治疗，疗效满意。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the treatment of postoperative delayed uveitis with intraocular lens(IOL).Methods 38 cases(38eyes)of IOL with delayed uveitis were studied,the acute inflammation was observed from 10 to 40 days postoperatively,with the ratio of 3.7% for IOL eyes in the same time.The therapeutical methods were dilation of the pupil and subconjuntive injection of dexamethasone and tobramycin,etc. Results The inflammation was disappeared in 7-14 days later in most of cases,and the inflammation in one case was not gone away until 1 month later,the vision was recovered.Conclusion The delayed uveitis is later stage complication of IOL,therapeutic efflects could be safisfied with treatments in time. ......
