【摘要】 目的 分析早期乳腺癌的手术切口选择方式。方法 将68例早期乳腺癌病人随机分为2组，一组病人采用纵切口实施改良根治术，另一组采用横切口实施改良根治术，比较两组病人术后并发症。结果 纵切口术式并发症较横切口并发症明显增多。结论 早期乳腺癌宜首选横切口术式。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the breast carcinoma choice of direction of incision.

    Methods Establishing 68 cases of breast carcinoma in two groups randomly.One group take longitudinal incision in radical.Correction of breast carcinoma.The other group take transverse incision.Compare the two groups difference after surgery.Results The results of longitudinal incision operation complication is much higher than the transverse incision.Conclusion Transverse incision is the better way to forepart operation of breast carcinoma.
