复合树脂核材料的弯曲强度性能研究

     [摘要] 目的:采用三点弯曲实验的方法测量3种复合树脂核材料的弯曲强度。方法:本实验使用的3种复合树脂核材料分别为DC Flow Core、Bisfil -Core和LuxaCore。每种材料各制作6个大小为(2.0±0.1) mm×(3.0±0.1) mm×(25.0±0.1) mm的矩形试件。试件在Instron万能材料测试机上测试其弯曲强度,跨距为(20.0±0.1) mm,加载速度为0.5 mm/min,使用单因素方差分析对测量数据进行统计学检验。结果:3种材料的弯曲强度值分别为:DC Flow Core (137.96±9.48) MPa,Bisfil-Core (123.82±12.99) MPa,LuxaCore (110.11±10.03) MPa。统计检验的结果显示,DC Flow Core与Bisfil - Core之间(P<0.041)、DC Flow Core与LuxaCore之间(P<0.001)、Bisfil - Core与LuxaCore之间(P<0.047)均有显著性差异。结论:从本实验的结果来看,3种核材料的弯曲强度均可以满足临床需要,以DC Flow Core的弯曲强度值最高。

    The Investigation of Flexural Strength Properties of Resin Composite Core Materials.

    [Abstract]Objective: This study was used to evaluate the flexural strength of three kinds of resin composite core materials with a method of three-point bending test. Method: The three kinds of resin composite materials, DC Flow Core, Bisfil -Core and LuxaCore, were used in this study. For each material, six rectangular specimens (the sizes 2.0×3.0×25.0) were fabricated. The flexural strength was measured on Instron Universal Testing machine at a crosshead speed of 0.5mm/min.
