急性梗阻性结直肠癌的外科处理

【摘要】 目的 探讨急性梗阻性结直肠癌的外科处理方法。方法 回顾分析1996～2004年收治的58例结直肠癌并发急性肠梗阻患者的治疗方法。全组58例，一期切除吻合26例，一期切除+近端结肠造瘘21例，单纯结肠造瘘5例，捷径手术6例。结果 住院期间死亡6例，吻合口漏1例，51例恢复顺利，康复出院。结论 重视围手术期的处理，根据急性梗阻性结直肠癌患者的全身情况和局部条件合理选择手术方式。【关键词】 结直肠癌；梗阻；外科治疗
Surgical treatment colorectal cancer with acute obstruction

【Abstract】 Objective To study the surgical treatment of acute obstructive colorectal cancer.Methods The therapeutic strategies in 58 cases of acute obstructive colorectal cancer from 1996 to 2004 were analysed retrospectively.Of which,26 cases underwent primary resection and anastomoses,21 cases to Hartmanns procedure,5 cases to simple colostomy and 6 cases to by-pass procedures.Results Post-operative death occurred in 6 cases,anastomotic leakage in 1 case,and 51 cases were recovered satisfactorily.Conclusion More attention should be paid to perioperative management.Effective colectomy should be selected according to the general condition of the patient,and the local condition of the lesion. ......
