【摘要】 木豆素是新近发现的新型的抗骨质疏松有效成分，它是二苯乙烯衍生物。为了进行构效关系研究，本文利用Wittig反应，合成了六种类似物，总收率36%。

    【Abstract】 For carrying out comparison of anti-osteoporosis activities，six stilbene compounds as analogue of longistyline A-2-carboxylic acid which is an anti-osteoporosis constituent isolated from leaves of Cajasnus cajan L.were synthesized by Wittig reaction.The total yield was36%.
