【摘要】 目的 研究异构体组成不同的CLA对2型糖尿病小鼠血糖、糖耐受性和血液中糖化血红蛋白的影响。 方法 通过对饲喂高糖高脂饲料建立起来的肥胖型小鼠注射链脲佐菌素，建立2型糖尿病小鼠模型，给模型鼠分别喂食t10，c12-CLA:c9，t11-CLA比例为1.42和2.79的CLA36天，测定体重、摄食量、血糖、糖耐量和糖化血红蛋白指标。 结果 与对照组相比，两种t10，c12-CLA:c9，t11-CLA比例不同的CLA均能明显降低2型糖尿病小鼠的摄食量、体重、血糖和血液中糖化血红蛋白的含量(P<0.01)，并提高葡萄糖耐受性;t10，c12-CLA:c9，t11-CLA比例为2.79的CLA较比例为1.42的CLA作用更为明显(P<0.05)。 结论 本研究为将CLA开发为功能食品或药品提供了实验依据。
