【摘要】 目的 了解和分析护理专业实习生对带教老师的评价情况与满意度的相关性。 方法 自编实习生对带教老师的评价及满意度调查表，对214名护理实习生进行调查分析。 结果 受欢迎老师特征4项评分均显著高于不受欢迎教师(P<0.01)，实习成绩显示受欢迎老师教学组明显优于不受欢迎教师教学组(P<0.05)。 结论 要提高护生的临床实习效果，必须提高带教老师的整体素质，加强护生综合素质的培养。
