【摘要】 目的 探讨巨大肾癌的诊断、临床治疗时机及意义。 方法 结合2例典型少见的巨大肾癌和复习相关文献，进行回顾性相关分析。 结果 文献报道中肾癌病人54例和本组2例巨大肾癌患者皆经常规肾癌根治加扩大根治术后顺利康复。 结论 影像学检查对及时诊断很重要，中晚期巨大肾癌仍有临床治疗价值，应积极采取治疗方法，手术仍是主要治疗手段。发现左上腹无症状肿块时应想到肾肿瘤的可能性。
