【摘要】
Objective To evaluate the binding ability of Luteinizing hormone releasing hormone pseudomonas aeruginesa exotoxin 40 (LHRH PE40) to the LHRH receptors on human liver cancer cell line HEPG and to normal human liver tissues. Methods The radioligand binding assay of receptors was used to calculate the K d and Bmax.
