摘 要：目的:观察阿魏酸钠治疗老年慢性肺心病加重期的疗效。方法:将88例年龄≥60岁的慢性肺心病患者随机分为二组，治疗组44例在传统综合疗法的基础上加用阿魏酸钠，对照组44例采用传统的综合疗法。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.9%，对照组总有效率为63.6%。两组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。治疗组血液流变学指标较对照组在治疗后明显好转(t值4.43～10.53,P<0.01)。结论:阿魏酸钠治疗慢性肺心病加重期能提高疗效，值得推广使用。

    Observation the effect of Sodium Ferulate on Patients with Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

    Abstract: Objective:To observe the effect of sodium ferulate in aged patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease in worsened stage.Method:88 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups.In therapy group(n=44),sodium ferulate was added besides the tranditional comprehensive therapy,in control group(n=44),tranditional comprehensive therapy was used.Result:Effective rate was 90.9% in therapy group,63.6% in control group(p<0.01).Improving of index for blood theology after therapy was more clearer in therapy group than control group(t=4.43～10.53,p<0.01).Conclusion:Sodium ferulate can increase the effect in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease in worsened stage and was worth popularizing. ......
