摘 要：目的：探讨护理在结肠造口术中的重要作用。方法：对我院1998年至2003年73例结肠造口术患者分别在手术前和手术后进行精心的护理并对护理经验进行总结。结果：在此组病人中无严重并发症出现，并发症的发生率明显降低。结论：精心的护理是降低结肠造口术并发症不可忽视的部分。关键词： 护 理； 结肠造口术
The Nurse Experience of Colostomy

Abstract： Objective： Search the importance of nurse in colostomy. Method： 73 cases patients were nursed carefully before and after operation. The nurse experience of 73 cases colostomy was summarized. Result： There was no serious complication in 73 cases colostomy and complications were reduced.Conclusion： Careful nurse is very important in reducing complication of colostomy.
