摘要：目的：了解医院工作人员健康状况，依情采取相应预防保健对策。方法：对2877例医院工作人员健康查体资料进行统计学分析。结果： ①主要疾病谱的患病率依次为：高脂血症(45.0%)、脂肪肝(37.5%)、宫颈糜烂(20.2%)、高血糖(11.7%)、高血压(10.7%)、肝囊肿(6.3%)、鼻中隔偏曲(5.7%)、乳腺增生(4.7%)、慢性咽炎(4.2%)和子宫肌瘤(3.4%)等。②男性患病率36.8%，女性患病率41.0 %，两者差异有统计学意义(P=0.029)。高脂血症男性患病率为65.9%(274/416)，显著高于女性的31.9%(212/665)(P=0.000)；脂肪肝患病率男性45.9%(151/329)，亦显著高于女性的32.6%(181/556)(P=0.000)。③男性以高脂血症、脂肪肝、高血糖、高血压为主要疾病。女性以脂肪肝、高脂血症、宫颈糜烂、高血糖为主要疾病。④随着年龄的增加，疾病检出率显著增加(P=0.000)。结论：根据疾病谱的分析结果，对危险因素进行有针对性的干预和预防，可有助于提高医院工作人员健康水平。

    Analysis of the Health Situation of the Medical Staff in a Hospital

    Abstract: Objective: To investigate the health situation in the medical staff and further improve their health.Method: The routine health check-up data in 2877 medical staff were collected and analyzed.Result: ①The distribution of main diseases was hyperlipidemia (45.0%), fatty liver (37.5%), cervical erosion (20.2%), hyperglycemia(11.7%), hypertension (10.7%), hepatic cyst (6.3%), deviation of nasal septum (5.7%), hyperplasia of mammary glands (4.7%), chronic pharyngitis(4.2%) and hysteromyoma (3.4%). ② The prevalence rate of male was 36.8%, which was significant lower than the female (41.0%, P=0.029). The male with hyperlipidemia was 65.9%(274/416) and significant higher than the female (31.9%,212/665; P=0.000). The fatty liver prevalence rate in the male (45.9%, 151/329) was also significant higher than the female (32.6%, 181/556; P=0.000). ③ The hyperlipidemia, fatty liver, hyperglycemia and hypertension were the main diseases in the male, and the fatty liver, hyperlipidemia, cervical erosion and hyperglycemia were the main diseases in the female. ④ The diseased rate in this population increased with the age. Conclusion: According the analysis results of disease pattern, the application of specific prevention and intervention measures for the risk factors may be raise the health level of medical workers. ......
