摘要：目的：探讨凋亡相关基因Survivin在胃癌组织中的表达及其与CyclinD1、CDK4表达的相关性。方法：选择胃癌42例和正常胃粘膜24例，对Survivin、CyclinD1和CDK4抗体行SP法免疫组织染色。结果：42例胃癌标本中Survivin有35例阳性，阳性率为83%，24例正常胃粘膜组织中有5例阳性表达，阳性率为20.8%(P<0.01)。CyclinD1和CDK4的表达仅发现在胃癌中，阳性率分别为47.6%(20/42)、42.8%(18/42)，有统计学意义。(p< 0.05 )，Survivin和CyclinD1、CDK4在胃癌中的表达显示基本一致性关系。Survivin基因表达均与年龄、性别、部位、组织学类型、淋巴结转移均无相关性。但在高、中分化胃癌中的强阳性(++ ~ +++)表达率明显高于低分化腺癌(p<0.05)。CyclinD1和CDK4在低分化胃癌中强阳性(++～+++)表达明显高于高、中分化腺癌。(p<0.05)。结论：Survivin及CyclinD1和CDK4过度表达和活性增强可能参与胃癌的发生，Survivin基因在胃癌中表达上调，提示该基因对胃癌发生发展起重要作用，可能是胃癌发生的早期事件。Survivin和CyclinD1在胃癌中可能相互独立起作用。

    The Expressions of Survivin, CyclinD1 and CDK4 in Gastric Cancers and Their Clinical Significance

    Abstract： Objective： To research the apoptosis-relative gene survivin expression in gastric cancers and the relationship with CyclinD1 and CDK4. Method： 42 cases of gastric cancers and 24 normal mucosas were detected surviving, cyclinD1 and CDK4 with SP immunohistrochemistry.
