    摘要：目的：评价初次急性心肌梗死(AMI)前发生的心肌缺血预适应(IP)对梗死面积和左室功能及近期预后的影响。方法：对94例AMI患者按发病前24h内有无心绞痛分为有心肌缺血预适应组(IP组，48例)及无心肌缺血预适应组(NIP组，46例)，并对两组患者的梗死面积、左室功能指标、心源性休克例数、住院死亡例数及出院时6min步行距离进行统计分析。结果：IP组的心肌酶CK及CK-MB峰值、心电图估测的梗死面积、心源性休克例数、住院死亡例数均低于NIP组，IP组梗死后左室功能亦优于NIP组。结论：心肌缺血预适应具有保护心肌，减少梗死面积，减轻梗死后左室功能的损害及改善近期预后的作用。

    Effects of Ischemic Preconditioning on Infarct Size and Left Ventricular Functions and Prognosis in Short time of Patients with First Acute Myocardial Infarction

    Abstract： Objective： To evaluate the effect of ischemic preconditioning to myocurdium prior to first acute myocardial infarction (AMI) on infarct size , left ventricular function and prognosis in short time. Methods： According to the state of angina pectoris before AMI in 24 hours, 94 patients were classified into two groups, 48 patients with IP (group IP)and 46 without ischemic preconditioning (group NIP). Then measured and investigated the infarct size and left ventricular function,cardiogenic shock,in-hospital mortality and walking distance in 6 minutes after out of hospital. Result： The peak value of myocardial enzye CK and CK-MB, the estimated infarct size of myocardium by ECG ,cardiogenic shock and in-hospital mortality.in IP group proved to be lower than that in NIP group . The left ventricular function of Ip group was better than that of NIP group. Conclusion： The ischemic preconditioning has effects on protection of myocardium, decrease of infarct size and improvement of the diastolic function in left ventride and improvement prognosis in short time. ......
