【摘要】 本文论述了军人自我保健知识需求与获得途径的方法，在自我保健知识需求的调查中，住院病人组有95.6%的人想了解自我保健知识；在获得保健知识途径调查中，31.1%的人自我保健知识来自医院，48.2%的人来自报刊杂志、影视广播，来自本单位保健部门的仅占20.7%。结果表明，军人保健知识的普及需要不断加强。

    【Abstract】 This article discussed the methods, the requirement and obtaining ways of the selfhealth care in soldiers.During the survey of the requirement of the selfhealth care,95.6% of the patients in hospital wanted to know the knowledge of the selfhealth care;and the survey of the obtaining ways of the selfhealth care,31.1% were from hospital,48.2% from books and magazines,TV and broadcast,only 20.7% from the native health care department.The results showed that the popularization of health care knowledge in soldiers must be enhanced continuously.
