摘要：目的：观察甘利欣联合熊去氧胆酸片治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)的临床疗效。方法： 80例NASH患者随机分为治疗组40例，对照组40例。治疗组用甘利欣联合熊去氧胆酸片治疗，对照组用常规护肝治疗，疗程2个月。观察肝功能：ALT、AST及血脂(TG、TC)水平。结果： 治疗组患者在肝功能改善、血脂水平降低方面均优于对照组。两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论： 甘利欣联合熊去氧胆酸片治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎有明显改善肝功能和降低血脂水平的作用。

    Therapeutic Effect of Glycyrrhizin with Ursodeoxycholic Acid on Patients with Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis

    Abstract： Objective: To observe the effects of Glycyrrhizin with Ursodeoxycholic acid in the treatment of NASH. Methods: 80 patients with NASH were divided into two groups randomly, 40 patients in treating group and 40 patients in control group. The treating group were treated by Glycyrrhizin with Ursodeoxycholic acid, and the control group were treated by normal, Patients were treated for 2 months. Changes in liver function, such as ALT, AST, TG, TC were observed.Results: The effects of improving liver function, lowering the level of TG, TC of treating group were better than those of control group; the difference were significant in both groups (P<0.01). Conclusion: Glycyrrhizin with ursodeoxycholic acid can obviously improving liver function, and lowering the level of TG,TC. ......
