【摘要】 目的 探讨无张力疝修补术的临床效果。方法 对62例腹股沟疝患者分别实施传统疝修补术与无张力修补的临床资料进行分析比较。结果 无张力修补术的手术时间、术后患者自主活动、恢复时间、住院时间显著短于传统疝修补术(P<0.05)；术后并发症发生率、复发率显著低于传统方法(P<0.05)。结论 无张力修补术近期疗效明显优于传统方法，特别对老年患者，值得临床推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of tension-free heniorraphy.Methods The clinical data of 62 patients who underwent conventional heniorraphy or tension-free heniorraphy respectively was analysed and compared.Results The operation time,ability recovery,hospital stay,postoperative complication and recurrent rate in tension-free heniorraphy were less than those in conventional heniorraphy(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of tension-free heniorraphy is much better than that of conventional heniorraphy,and is worth extending in old patients. ......
