关节软骨损伤再生修复的组织学研究

     摘要:目的:制作不同程度关节软骨损伤的动物模型,对关节软骨损伤后软骨再生修复的组织学及超微结构进行系统研究。方法:选用 1 岁龄健康Leghorn鸡 20 只,随机分四组。甲组:切取左侧髋臼3×4mm全层软骨,再植回原处固定;乙组:切除左侧髋臼3×4mm全层软骨;丙组:切除左侧髋臼6×8mm全层软骨;丁组:切除左侧全部髋臼软骨。健康右侧髋臼为对照组。饲养7个月,一次宰杀,行肉眼、光镜、电镜观察。结果:甲组髋臼软骨损伤处完全修复;乙组软骨缺损区为纤维软骨再生修复;丙组与丁组髋臼软骨缺损区主要被纤维组织充填。结论:我们认为关节软骨再生修复能力有限,关节软骨再生修复程度与关节软骨损伤程度、有无关节软骨缺损以及关节软骨缺损程度密切相关。

    Histology Study in the Regenerative Repair of Articular Cartilage Injury

    Abstract: Objective: We set several animal models with articular injury in various degrees and studied systemically on the histology and ultra-microscopic structure of cartilaginous regeneration after injury. Method: 20 healthy leghorn chickens of 1.year old were divided randomly into 4 group. In group A 3×4mm whole layers of acetabular cartilages were cut out and then replanted to their original sites and fixed. In group B 3×4mm whole layers of acetabiular cartilages were cut out. In group C 6×8mm whole layers of acetabular cartilages were cut out . In group D all acetabular cartilages were cut out.. A cetabulia on healthy sides were considered as the controlled groups. 7 months later all the chickens were killed and their acetabular were examined with naked eye, optical and electronic microscope. Result: The acetabular injuries in group A repaired completely; regenerative repair of fibrous cartilages occurred in the injury area in group B; the defective areas of acetablar cartilages in group C and D were mainly filled with fibrous tissue. Conclusion: We thought the ability of the repair of injured articular cartilages was not unlimited. The degree of regenerative repair of articular cartilages was inversely proportional to the degree of articular cartilage injury, the cartilaginous defects and the degree of the defects. ......
