摘要：目的：探讨克拉霉素联合阴道局部应用强力霉素治疗由沙眼衣原体和解脲支原体感染引起的非淋菌性宫颈炎的疗效。方法：将门诊确诊的非淋菌性宫颈炎患者随机分为治疗组48例，应用克拉霉素口服联合阴道局部应用强力霉素；对照组用克拉霉素口服。疗程14d，停药1周后随诊观察疗效。结果：治疗组的治愈率为93.75%，总有效率为97.92%；对照组的治愈率为78.26%，总有效率为84.78%；两组的治愈率和总有效率有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论：口服克拉霉素联合阴道局部用强力霉素治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎疗效较好，且患者依从性好。

    Observing the Effect of Clarithromycine and Doxcycline applied locally on Cervicitis

    Abstract: Objective: To know the effect of clarithromycine and doxcycline applied locally on cervicitis resulted from CT and Uu. Method: 48 cases cervicitis were divided into treating group and control group were applied clarithromycine combined doxcycline locally and clarithromycine orally respectively for 14 days and then observe the effect . Result: The cure rate and the total effective rate in treating group and control group is 93.75%、78.26 and 97.92%、84.78% respectively. There's significant difference (P<0.05) of the cure rate and total effective rate. Conclusion: There's good effect of clarithromycine and doxcycline applied locally on cervicitis. ......
