【摘要】 目的 明确诊断骶髂关节错位，合理运用骶髂关节错位的手法的治疗方案。方法 通过对120例骶髂关节错位患者中药酊剂外敷结合手法整复治疗后，按1～15次治疗统计。结果 治疗120例，痊愈85例(70.83%)，显效20(16.67%)，好转12例(10.00%)，无效3例(2.50%)。结论 中药酊剂外敷手法整复是治疗骶髂关节的有效方法，疗效显著，安全可靠。

    【Abstract】 Objective To make clear the diagnosis of malposition of sacro-iliac joint and utilize reasonably the therapy of manual reduction for treating the malposition of sacro-iliac joint.Methods 120 cases with sacro-iliac joint were administered a manual reduction after the external entripsis of Chinese herbal medicine tincture, which lasted for 1 to 15 times of treating on all the cases. Results 85 cases stood in recovery(70.3%),and 20 cases in notable effect(16.67%),and 12 cases in better effect(10.00%) and 3 cases in no effect(2.50%) among the 120 cases(after treatment).Conclusion The manual reduction after the external entripsis of Chinese herbal medicine tincture is an effectual way of treating the malposition of sacro-iliac joint.
