摘要：目的：探讨高频探头在老年性白内障患者术前的应用价值。方法：应用高频探头，采用连续滑动法，对116例(185只眼)行超声扫查。结果：185只眼均表现晶状体回声增强、混浊，根据混浊部位及程度，可分为皮质型、核型、囊膜型、完全型四类,其中合并眼轴增长13例，合并玻璃体混浊102例，合并视网膜脱离11例，合并脉胳膜脱离1例，合并晶状体后脱位1例。经裂隙灯及手术证实，诊断符合率为100%。结论：高频探头能为临床提供老年性白内障患者术前的诊断和手术方案的重要依据，可作为老年性白内障患者术前的常规检查方法。

    Clinical Value of High Frequency Ultrasound Probe Examination Before Operation on Senile Cataract

    Abstract： Objective: To study the clinical value of high frequency probe before operation on senile cataract.Method: To apply scanning to 116 cases (185 eyes) with high frequency ultrasound probe by continuous sliding. Result: All 185 eyes examined show enhanced echo and turbidity of the vitreous body. According to the turbidity areas and levels the results can be cataloged as the cortical type, the core type, the capsule type and complete vitreous body type. Among these cases there were 13 cases with lengthened axes, 102 case with vitreous turbidity, 11 cases with retina separation and 1 case with venation membrane separation. 1 case with separation after vitreous body. The examination with slit-lamp and the afterward operation confirm the accuracy of the diagnoses was 100%.Conclusion: The high frequency ultrasound probe can provide valuable evidence to the diagnosis and operation plan. ......
