【摘要】 目的 利用射频仪的功能特点，设计一种靶点穿刺技术，以提高疗效，减少并发症。方法 根据临床表现、X线平片与CT片，找出压迫神经的靶点，计算出靶点在X线正、侧位片的位置，进针深度和穿刺途径。结果 316例患者术后立即直腿抬高增高，术后6h VAS评分平均减少4.32分，临床治愈196例，显效120例，无好转及无效患者，无一例出现并发症。结论 射频靶点治疗腰椎间盘突出症是一种高效、安全、微创的治疗方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective We designed a technique of target puncture to enhance the curative effect and reduce side effect by using the peculiarity of the radio frequency equipment.Methods Finding the target puncture of pressing nerve and enumerating the position of the target puncture in the X-ray piece,the depth and track of the needle by clinical represent,X-ray and CT.Results The angle of the laseque sign improved in all cases.The points of VAS reduced 4.32 in 6 hours after operation.196 cases reached clinical recovery,120 cases showed significant effective,no case showed no effective and complication.Conclusion The radio frequency target puncture technique is a effective,safety,mini invasive method in treating hernia of lumber intervertebral disc. ......
