摘要：目的：探讨胆囊切除术致胆管损伤的原因及防治方法。方法：回顾分析近10年我院14例胆囊切除术中胆管损伤的病例。结果：本组14例皆痊愈出院，无手术死亡。结论：胆囊切除术处理原则、方法和操作很重要，提高对胆管损伤高危因素的认识，仔细辨认并解剖Calor三角，胆管损伤按不同情况和时间选择不同方法手术治疗。
