【摘要】目的探讨海藻多糖对人HL-60细胞增殖的影响。方法采用集落培养、MTT、形态观察等方法，研究海藻多糖对(HL-60)体外增殖的影响。结果海藻多糖对体外培养的HL-60细胞的抑制作用随时间和浓度的增加而增强，MTT结果示当浓度为800 μg/mk，作用48 h时抑制率为(51.30±3.10)%。结论海藻多糖体外可抑制HL-60细胞增殖，提示其在抗肿瘤方面有一定的开发应用前景。

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the effect of seaweed polyaccharide on the proliferation in the HL-60 cell line.MethodThe MTT,clone forming approaches and cell morphology were adopted.ResultsSeaweed polyaccharide can inhibit the proliferation of HL-60 cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner in a certain range of dose (0～800μg/mk).After being treated with the polysaccharide (800 μg/mk) for 48 h,the inhibited rate is (51.30±3.10)%.ConslusionThe seaweed polysaccharide can inhibit the HL-60 cell proliferation,suggesting it can be used as an antileukemia drug.
