【摘要】 目的 探讨社区获得性肺炎(CAP)经验性治疗的最佳方案。方法 选择CAP患者76例，随机分为头孢噻肟和罗红霉素联合组(治疗组)以及单纯用头孢噻肟组(对照组)各38例，其中头孢噻肟6g/d，分2次静滴，罗红霉素300mg/d，分2次口服，连续7～10天。结果 治疗组有效率92.1%，明显高于对照组的73.7%(P<0.05)。结论 头孢噻肟和罗红霉素联合应用，可明显提高CAP治疗的有效率，改善预后。

    The clinical analysis of combined administration of cefotaxime sodium and roxithromycin in treatment of CAP patients of 38 cases

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the best way of empirical treatment of community-acquired pneumonia(CAP) patients.Methods There were 76 cases of CAP patients who were divided into two groups with 38 cases for each at random.Combined treatment of cefotaxime sodium and roxithromycin was administration to another.The whole process last for 7-10 days,with the administration of cefotaxime sodium 6g/d,b.i.d ivgtt,and roxithromycin 300mg/d,b.i.d o.p.Results The cure of the treatment group is 92.1% wich is obviously higher,to that of 73.7% in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined administration of cefotaxime sodium and roxithromycin can obviously improve the cure of CAP patients and reach a better prognosis. ......
