摘要：目的：分析老年人哮喘的临床特点及诊治情况。方法：回顾分析我院1999年1月至2004年6月120例老年哮喘的临床资料。结果：老年患者病程长，有吸烟史者多。诱因多以呼吸道感染为常见。肺功能指标中FEV1、FEV1/FVC显著低于青壮年组。中、重度发作患者多，合并症及并发症多。结论：老年人支气管哮喘发病有其独特的临床特点。

    The Clinical Feature and Treatment of elderly Asthma

    Abstract: Objective: To study clinical feature, diagnosis and treatment of asthma in the elderly. Method: Clinical of 120 elderly asthma patients in the past 5 years were reviewed. Result:The elderly asthma patients would prolong the course of disease .There were more smokers in elderly asthma patients . The asthmatic episodes were often caused by upper respiratory infections. And their lung functions of FEV1,FEV1/FVC decreased significantly . Most of patients suffered from severe attacks .Most of them were accompanied with other disease and other complications .Conclusion: Asthma in the elderly have special clinical feature
