摘要：目的：探讨子宫平滑肌瘤变性时的临床特征。方法：采用回顾性分析的方法，对子宫全切术后病理诊断子宫平滑肌瘤的23例病历进行分析。结果：变性子宫肌瘤的症状与无变性子宫肌瘤症状相似(红色变性除外)，子宫肌瘤的症状与肿瘤生长部位及大小有关。结论：变性子宫肌瘤以特殊临床体症如子宫质软或下腹疼痛，及特殊声像图来提高诊断率。

    Clinical Characteristics of the Denaturation of Myoma of Uterus

    Abstract： Objective: To observe the clinical characteristics of the degenaration of myoma of uterus. Method: To analyze 23 cases of pathological diagnosed myoma of uterus after hysterectomy using revision analyze. Result: The symptom of denaturation of myoma of uterus and non-denaturation of myoma of uterus are similar (except for red degenaration), the symptom of myoma of uterus is relevant to the position and size of the tumor. Conclusion: The diagnosed rate of the degenaration of myoma of uterus can be improved by the special clinical symptom such as the soft nature of uterus and the lower abdominal pain assisted by special ultrasonic image. ......
