摘要：目的：观察脂化前列腺素E1(Lipo-PGE1,凯时)与甲钴胺联合应用治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效。方法：将150例DPN患者随机分为两组，分别给予凯时与甲钴胺、丹参与甲钴胺治疗，共两周，对其疗效进行对比。结果：治疗组DPN症状体征、神经传导速度改善明显高于对照组。结论：凯时与甲钴胺合用可明显改善DPN的治疗效果。

    Clinical Observation of Combined Therapeutic Effect of Lipo-PGE1 and Mecobalamin on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

    Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of combined treatment of Lipo-PGE1 and mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Method： 150 patients of DPN were divided into 2 groups, they were given the drugs of Lipo-PGE1 and mecobalamin, or Danshen and mecobalamin for 2 weeks, and compared the therapeutic effects respectively. Result： The improvement of DPN symptoms and signs or nerve conduction speeds of treatment group were obviously better than that of control group. Conclusion： Combined theraphy of Lipo-PGE1 and mecobalamin is an effective for the treatment of DPN. ......
