【摘要】目的探讨术中快速乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)染色法诊断先天性巨结肠(Hirschsprung's disease,HD)和肠神经元性发育异常Intestinal neuronal dysplasia,IND)的可行性及临床意义。方法选择10 例诊为HD并行手术治疗的患儿，术中切取病变肠段及吻合口处肠壁组织分别行快速及传统AChE染色检查，比较其诊断结果。结果两种染色方法相比无显著性差异。结论快速AChE染色法可行，是术中检查诊断HD和IND的有效辅助手段。
