【摘要】 目的 比较脑心通与通常治疗老年心衰用药的疗效及不良反应。 方法 将65例老年心衰患者随机分为两组，脑心通组(A组)33例，对照组(B组)32例，服药观察1年。 结果 两组患者治疗前后比较:总有效率A组为96.97%优于B组的90.63%，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。A组全血粘度和血浆粘度有明显改善，与B组相比，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。A组治疗后在降低血脂、左室肥厚和室间隔肥厚参数、改善左室舒张功能有明显效果，两组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。 结论 脑心通可作为治疗老年心衰重要辅助用药。
