摘要：目的：了解婚外性行为患者的心理状况，为临床心理治疗提供依据。方法：采用症状自评表(SCL-90)对102例婚外性行为患者进行心理调查。结果：婚外性行为患者的心理状态较常人为差，其躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性6个因子分和阳性项目数均高于国内常模，差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。结论：婚外性行为患者存在明显心理障碍，进行心理治疗的同时，配合药物治疗十分必要。

    Studies on Psychological State Clinical of Patients with Marriage Outer Erotic Behave

    Abstract： Objective: To understand the psychological status of patients with marriage outer erotic behave. Method: 102 cases of marriage outer erotic behave were analyzed using symptom check list(SCL-90). Result: The psychological status of patients with marriage outer erotic behave is worse, In SCL-90, the counts of positive item and the scores the somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, deprssion, consternation and anxiety were significantly higher than those of the Chinese normals (P<0.01). Conclusion: The psychological status of patients with marriage outer erotic behave is an impediment. It is imperative to treat them psychologically in combination with medications. ......
