摘要：目的：观察慢性心衰患者用参麦注射液治疗前后左室舒张功能的变化，探讨参麦注射液在慢性心衰治疗中的作用。方法：对61例慢性心衰患者随机分组，实验组30例用参麦注射液治疗，对照组31例用安慰剂治疗，两组治疗前后分别用超声心动图(UCG)行左室舒张功能评价并进行比较。结果：实验组治疗后反映左室舒张功能的E、A、E/A值及舒张早期减速度(DC)均有明显改善(P<0.01)；而对照组治疗前后统计学无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论：参麦注射液对慢性心衰患者左室舒张功能有明显的提高，可缓解慢性心衰病情，提高患者的生活质量。

    Effect of Shen-Mai Injection on Left Ventricular Diastolic Function in the Chronic Heart Failure Patients

    Abstract： Objective ：To study the effect of left ventricular diastolic function in the chronic heart failure patients after used the Shen-Mai injection and explore its role on chronic heart failure treatment .Method: 30 patients with chronic heart failure entered the study and received Shen-Mai injection treatment , 31 patient as control group ,before and after treatment UCG examination were used to estimate the patients’ left ventricular diastolic function. Result：The data of UCG that reflect diastolic function(E、A、E/A、DC) were significantly improved after Shen-Mai injection treatment,and there were no such changes in the control group. Conclusion： Shen-Mai injection can help to improve the chronic heart failure patients’ left ventricular diastolic function and alleviate the patients’ heart failure condition. ......
