摘要：目的：探讨产科急性弥漫性血管内凝血(DIC)的病因、临床特点和护理要点。方法：对本院2001年1月至2003年10月发生的25例产科急性DIC进回顾性分析，总结。结果：产科急性DIC的发病诱因是重度妊高征、胎盘早剥、羊水栓塞、死胎等；做到早期诊断，及时治疗和护理是抢救成功的关键。孕产妇抢救成功22例，死亡3例，肝素使用率及剖宫产率较高。结论：产科急性DIC发病急骤、病势凶险、死亡率高，要重视主要病因的预防，实验检查结果的动态监测，早期诊断、祛除诱因、合理治疗和精心护理可显著降低死亡率。
