     摘要：目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定三叶木通中齐墩果酸的含量。方法：采用Hypersil ODS柱(4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm)，流动相A：水，B：甲醇，梯度洗脱0 min:AB(25∶75)，10 min；AB(10∶90)，20 min：AB(5∶95)，检测波长：215 nm，流速：0.8 ml·min1，柱温：20℃。结果：齐墩果酸获得良好分离，在1.22～6.10 μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 9)平均加样回收率为98.8%。结论：该方法精密度高，重现性好，可用来对三叶木通进行质量控制。

    Determination of Oleanolic Acid in Akebia trifoliate by HPLC

    Abstract:Objective:To establish an HPLC method to determine the content of oleanolic acid in Akebia trifoliate.Methods:Oleanolic acid was sperated on an Hypersil ODS column.The mobile phase was methanolwater.The flow rate was 0.8 ml·min1with linear gradient. UV detection wavelength was 215 nm.Column temperature was 20 ℃.Results:Oleanolic acid was separated well. The relationship of injection amounts and peak was linear(r=0.999 9)in the range of 1.22～6.10 μg and the recovery rate was 98.8%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and can be used for the quality study of Akebia trifoliate. ......
