摘要:目的:探讨同期施行前列腺增生手术与腹股沟疝修补术的手术方法及疗效。方法:经尿道行前列腺切除术(TURP)同时行腹股沟疝修补46例。结果：手术效果良好,随访1年至7年,未见疝复发及尿失禁和尿道狭窄等并发症。结论：同期进行经尿道前列腺切除术和腹股沟疝修补疗效好,可一次性完成手术,使患者免受二次手术痛苦。

    Abstract: Objective: To explore surgical treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) with inguinal hemia. Method: Transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) and mesh plug repair of inguinal hemia were performed in 46 patients. Result: Satisfactory results were achieved in all patients . A followup from one years to 7 years revealed that there were no recurrence of hernia or hermia or other complications. Conclusion: Procedure of TURP and mesh plug repair of inguinal hemia is an efficient surgical method for the treat ment of BPH with inguinal hemia and can avoid second operation. ......
