瑞芬太尼和丙泊酚静脉泵注用于面神经监测手术麻醉

     摘要:目的:评价瑞芬太尼和丙泊酚分别微量静脉泵注麻醉用于面神经监测手术的可行性和临床效果。方法:选择期进行面神经监测手术患者15例,麻醉快速诱导后,以瑞芬太尼和丙泊酚分别微量静脉泵入维持,术中监测面神经的肌电传导功能,观察患者血流动力学变化、体动发生情况以及停药后清醒时间。结果:瑞芬太尼和丙泊酚分别微量静脉泵入维持麻醉可有效监测面神经的肌电传导功能,其患者的血流动力学变化不明显,且无明显的体动现象;停药后清醒速度快。结论:瑞芬太尼和丙泊酚分别微量静脉泵注用于面神经监测手术麻醉是可行的,且是安全有效的。

    Application of Remifentanil and Propofol Pump Intravenous on Anesthesia of Facial Nerve Monitoring Surgery

    Abstract: Objective:To evaluate the possibility and effect of remifentanil and propofol pump intravenous on anesthesia of facial nerve monitoring surgery. Method: Fifteen patients which were undergoing facial nerve monitoring surgery were selected. After the quickly induction, patients were anesthesia with remifentanil and propofol pump intravenous. The function of neuromuscular transmission of facial nerve was monitoring, and the patients MAP,HR,SpO2 were recorded during operation. The accident of body moving and the patients waking time after stopping pump intravenous were also recorded. Results: Facial nerve monitoring was completely possible and the anesthesia was effective undergoing remifentanil and propofol pump intravenous. The patients MAP, HR, SpO2 were having not obviously difference with the base value. There was also not obviously body moving during the operation, and the patients waking time was quickly. Conclusion: Application of remifentanil and propofol pump intravenous on anesthesia of facial nerve monitoring surgery was completely possible,effective and safe. ......
