摘要：目的：选择一种可靠简便的内固定方法，提高峡部不连植骨融合率。方法：研究椎板解剖形态，改良设计了新的钉钩固定器。对9例单纯峡部不连患者进行峡部减压植骨融合固定术。与现有的手术方法进行对比分析。结果：9例融合均取得了成功。减少了组织损伤，缩短了手术时间，降低了手术费用。结论：改良钉钩固定器具有操作简便、固定可靠、价格低廉等优点，利于在基层推广。

    Application of the Improved Hook Fixer in the Treatment of Discontinuous Isthmus of Spinal Column

    Abstract: Objective: To select a credible and convenient fixing method to improve fusion ration of discontinuous isthmus of spinal column. Method: To study the anatomy and configuration of vertebra, design a new hook fixer. Operations of decompression, bone plantation, fusion and fixation were done for 9 patients with simple discontinuous isthmus of spinal column. The new operation method was compared with the old operation method. Result: 9 operations were successful, at the same time tissue damage was reduced, operation time was cut down, and operation expense was lower. Conclusion: The improved hook fixer is of many good characteristics such as easy to manage, fix tightly and price is cheap. It can be popularized in primary level. ......
