【摘要】 目的 观察桡神经损伤后行神经松解、缝合和移植术的手术效果。方法 根据损伤类型，对25例桡神经损伤患者采用神经内外松解术、直接缝合、神经移植术。结果 术后随访1～10年，12例桡神经松解术，11例伸腕、伸拇、伸指肌力M3～M4，虎口区刺痛觉S3～S4；10例神经直接缝合者，8例伸腕、伸拇、伸指肌力为M3～M4，虎口区刺痛觉S3～S4；3例神经移植术中，2例伸腕、伸拇、伸指肌力为M3～M4，虎口区刺痛觉S3～S4。结论 桡神经损伤早期，根据损伤类型进行合适的手术，均能取得满意疗效。

    Treatment outcome of 25 cases of radial nerve injury

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the treatment outcome of neurolysis,neurorrhaphy and neurotization after radial nerve injury.Methods 25 cases of radial nerve injury were treated with internal and external neurolysis,neurorrhaphy and neurotization according to the injury type.Results Postoperative follow-up ranged from one year to ten years.Of 12 cases by treatment of neurolysis,muscle power of M4 in extension of wrist,thumb and fingers was obtained in 11 cases,with S4 at the first web space.Of 10 cases by treatment of neurorrhaphy,muscle strength of M4 in extension of wrist,thumb and fingers was achieved in 8 cases,with S4 at the first web space.Of 3 cases by treatment of neurotization,muscle strength of M4 in extension of wrist,thumb and fingers was accomplished in 2 cases,with S4 at the first web space.Conclusion Satisfactory treatment outcome can be gained in radial nerve injury at early stage provided that suitable surgery procedure was chosen on the basis of the injury type. ......
