摘要：目的：探讨70岁以上老年人急性心肌梗死(AMI)的临床特点。方法：回顾性分析2001年6月至2004年6月间70岁以上AMI患者62例的住院临床资料。结果：70岁以上AMI患者起病时多无典型的心绞痛，常表现为头晕、胸闷、呼吸困难、胃肠道反应等症状。结论：70岁老年人的AMI起病常不典型，因此，对70岁以上老年人AMI要提高认识，早诊断，早治疗，以防止心肌梗死并发症或猝死的发生。

    Clinical Features of Sixty-two Cases of Over Seventy-year-old Men with Acute Myocardial Infarction

    Abstract: Objective: Probe into the clinical features of AMI of over seventy-year-old men. Method: Analyzing sixty-two inpatient clinical materials of over seventy-year-old patients with AMI. Result: Most over seventy-year-old patients suffering from AMI have no typical angina pectoris. They often have such symptoms as dizzy, stuffy feeling in the chest, difficulty in breathing, digestive side effect. Conclusion: For seventy-year-old men, the symptoms of AMI are not typical. So we should pay more attention to AMI of over seventy-year-old men, give early diagnosis and treatment in time to prevent complication of AMI or sudden death. ......
