摘要：目的：探讨重组人生长激素对大面积烧伤病人血糖、蛋白质代谢及创面愈合能力的影响。方法：选择大面积烧伤病人37例，随机分为重组人生长激素(rhGH)治疗组和对照组，分别于伤后3～5d皮下注射rhGH(0.2～0.25u/kg/d)和等量等渗生理盐水。于用药后7、14d分析比较两组血糖、蛋白质代谢变化及创面愈合时间。结果:大面积烧伤患者应用rhGH后血糖与对照组比较无明显升高, 血清总蛋白及白蛋白较对照组有明显升高，供皮区愈合时间缩短。结论：大面积烧伤患者早期应用中等剂量rhGH能促进机体蛋白质合成，缩短创面愈合时间，对血糖无影响。

    The Apply Recombinant Human Growth Hormones in the Large Area Burn Patients

    Abstract： Objective： To evaluate the influence of recombinant human growth hormones on the metabolism of blood glucose , protein and surface of a wound of healing in adult burn patients. Methods： Thirty-seven large area burn patients were randomly and equally divided into treatment and control groups. Same amount of rhGH(0.2～0.25u/kg/d) or isotonic was injected subcutaneously to respective patients during 3～5 days postburn. Blood samples were harvested after using medicine 7、14 days for determination of blood glucose , total protein and albumin metabolize change and surface of a wound time of healing ,which were then compared and analyzed between the two groups . Result: The serum levels of total protein and albumin in rhGH treatment group were evidently higher than those in control groups .But there was no obvious difference in blood glucose. The healing time of autologous skin grafting was significantly shorter in rhGH group patients. Conclusion: Medium-sized dose of rhGH could promote the systemic protein synthesis in early days, shorten surface of a wound time of healing , with no side effects on blood glucose levels. ......
