【摘要】 目的 探讨镍钛记忆合金髌骨爪治疗髌骨骨折的临床效果。方法 搜集37例髌骨骨折患者，采用髌前正中纵切口开放复位，西脉髌骨爪内固定，早期功能锻炼。结果 术后随访6～24个月，所有患者骨折均愈合，膝关节功能满意，髌骨爪无断裂及脱落。按照陆裕朴等评定标准：优33例，良3例，可1例，优良率97.3%。结论 记忆合金髌骨爪固定牢固、可早期活动、愈合率高、符合张力带原理，治疗髌骨骨折疗效满意、并发症少。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical results of Ni-Ti shape memory alloy patella concentrator of patella fracture.Methods There were 37 cases in this report,anterior incision longitudinally of patella,open reduction,internal fixation of Seemine patella concentrator,motion exercises were initiated immediately.Results All the patients had achieved fracture union after operation.The period of follow-up was from 6～24 months.The function of knee joint recovered well.There was no broken and dislocation of patella concentrator.According to Lu yu-pu’s grade,33 were evaluated as excellent,3 as good,1 as fair.The rate of excellent and good results was 97.3%.Conclusion Memory alloy patella concentrator has the following advantages,such as stable fixation,early-mobilization,high union rate,fewer complication and according to tension band construct. ......
