【摘要】 目的 研究中老年脑梗死患者apoB基因多态性及不同基因型的血脂水平区别。方法 采用病例对照的方法检测中青年与老年脑梗死患者apoB基因的EcoRI和XbaI等位基因频率，并对不同基因型的血脂水平进行测定。结果 中青年脑梗死组E-等位基因频率(0.36)，明显高于老年组(0.20)(P<0.05)；而X+等位基因频率中青年组(0.07)与老年组(0.04)比较差异无显著性，P>0.05；中青年组具有E-等位基因型者的apoB水平明显高于具有E+等位基因型者，具有X+等位基因型者的TG、apoB水平明显高于具有X-等位基因型者、HDL-C水平则明显低于具有X-等位基因型者，均P<0.05；中青年组具有X+等位基因型者的TG、apoB水平明显高于老年组。结论 E-、X+等位基因型是引起中青年人发生脑梗死的重要危险基因型，而且是通过造成脂代谢紊乱而起作用的。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the apoB gene polymorphisms and the lipoprotein level character of different gene expression of cerebrovascular infarction among middle-aged person and the aged.Methods The EcoRI,XbaI gene relative frequency,the serum lipoprotein levels in patients with cerebrovascular infarction among middle-aged group and the aged were measured by case-control study.Results The relative frequency of E- gene expression among middle-aged group (0.36) was outstanding higher than that among the aged (0.20),P<0.05.But the relative frequency of X+ gene expression among two groups weren’t difference,P>0.05. The serum apoB level with the E- gene expression among middle-aged group was outstanding higher than that with E+ gene expression,and the serum TG,apo-B, level with the X+ gene expression was outstanding higher,the HDL-C was lower than that with X- gene expression.But the serum TG,apoB,apoB level with X+ gene expression in middle-aged group were significant higher than that in the aged group.Conclusion E-,X+ gene expression were the leading risk gene expression causing cerebrovascular infarction in middle-aged person.It could be caused by resulting the disorder of lipid metabolism. ......
