摘要：目的：探讨临床上手掌洞穿伤的显微外科治疗。方法：10例洞穿伤，其中6例采用前臂骨间背动脉哑铃状双叶岛状皮瓣修复，3例采用前臂骨间背动脉岛状皮瓣加指固有动脉岛状皮瓣分别修复洞穿伤背侧和掌侧，1例采用胸脐双面皮瓣修复，掌骨和肌腱皮瓣修复术后3月移植修复。结果：皮瓣全部成活，手部功能恢复，疗效满意。结论：本组病例修复方法可行，可根据具体情况选择。

    The Repair of Penetrating Wound of Palm With Tissue Defect

    Abstract： Objective：To evaluate the clinical result of repairing penetrating wound of palm with the defect of tissues. Method： 10 cases with penetrating wound of palm were treated by these methods in which the interosseou posterior artery flap in 6,and the thorac-umbilical skin flap in 1, the interosseou posterior artery flap combined with finger artery flap in 3. Result： Total survival of the flap in 10 cases.The appearance and function of the flap were satisfatory after a follow-up from 4 months to 2 years .Conclusion： The methods were suitable in repairing the penetrating wound with skin defect. ......
