摘要：目的：评价奥曲肽、前列地尔治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法：将42例急性胰腺炎病人分成两组，治疗组20例，对照组22例。治疗组应用善宁100ug，1次/6d，皮下注射及前列地尔100ug加入生理盐水250ml中静注，1次/d，治疗6d。对照组用氟尿嘧啶500mg加入生理盐水500ml静注，1次/d，疗程6d，观察两组疗效。结果：治疗组的腹痛缓解时间及血尿淀粉酶值恢复时间均短于对照组(p<0.05)，总有效率优于对照组(p<0.05)。结论：奥曲肽、前列地尔治疗急性胰腺炎安全有效。

    Investigation the effect of Octreotide and Alprostadil treated on acute pancreatitis

    Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effect of Octreotide and Alprostadil on acute pancreatitis. Method: Divide 42 patients with acute pancreatitis in two groups, 20 cases were for treatment, other 22 cases were for comparison. The group for treatment are injected by hype with 100ug Octreotide every 6 hours, at same time injected with mixtures of 100ug Alprostadil and 250ml dextrose liquid by transfusion everyday, the treatment will last six days. The period for comparison were treated with 500mg fluorouracil and 500mg dextrose liquid by transfusion everyday. The period for treatment is also six days. Then observe the treatment results. Result: To group for treatment both the time for alleviating bellyache and the time for AMS in hematuria coming back to normal are all-shorter than that of group for comparison (p<0.05). The validity of treatment is better than that of group for comparison (p<0.05). Conclusion: It is safe and effective to treat acute pancreatitis with Octreotide and Alprostadil. ......
