三七皂苷成分的超声波提取研究

     摘要:目的:研究超声提取方法对三七中皂苷的提取率的影响。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法比较不同超声提取时间与常规浸泡对三七皂苷的提取率。结果:三七中皂苷的提取率随超声提取时间的增加而增加,在30 min~8 h的时间范围内差异不显著,和常规浸泡相比,超声提取缩短提取时间数十倍,提取率略高于常规浸泡,但也无显著差异。结论:超声法提取三七皂苷能显著提高提取效率,采用超声提取30 min~1 h可以代替常规浸泡36 h处理的方法。

    Studies on Ultrasonic Extracting Saponins of Panax notoginseng

    Abstract:Objective:To Study on ultrasonic extracting how to affect the rate of extraction in saponins of Panax notogineng.Methods:The contents of saponins were determined by HPLC.Results:The time of ultrasonic extracting is shortened many multiples than the common extracting, either of rate of extraction are not obvious differente.Conclusion:To choose the 30 min~1 h of ultrasonic extracting replace the 36 h of common extracting.
