摘要：目的：观察甲基强的松龙(MP)冲击联合鞘内注射甲氨喋呤(MTX)和地塞米松(DXM)治疗狼疮脑病的临床疗效。方法：22例狼疮脑病用甲基强的松龙(MP)500mg 静脉滴注3d，随后口服常规强的松1mg/kg·d ,同时行鞘内注射甲氨喋呤(MTX)和地塞米松(DXM)，每周1次，共3次。结果:有效21例，无效1例，不良反应少。结论：甲基强的松龙(MP)冲击联合鞘内注射甲氨喋呤(MTX)和地塞米松(DXM)是治疗狼疮脑病的有效方法，值得临床推广。

    Clinical Observation of Treatment of Neuropsychiatric Lupus with Methylprednisolone Combined with Intrathecal Injection

    Abstract： Objective:To observe and investigate the clinical effect of pounded methylprednisolone(MP)combined with intrathecal injection with methotrexatum(MTX)plus dexamethasoni(DXM)in treating neuropsychiatric lupus.Method： 22 patients with neuropsychiatric lupus were given methylprednisolone(MP)500mg intravenous drop infusion for three days and then they took common prednisone 1mg/kg·d ,at the same time combined with intrathecal injection with methotrexatum (MTX)plus dexamethasoni(DXM),once a week,three times in total.Result:The curative effect on 21 patients is efficacious,and only one inefficacious.There is little harmful reaction.Conclusion:This clinical observation shows that pounded methylprednisolone(MP) combined with intrathecal injection with methotrexatum(MTX)plus dexamethasoni(DXM)is effective for the treatment of neuropsychiatric lupus. ......
