摘要：目的：探索严重急性呼吸综合症对年轻医务人员心理健康状况的影响。方法：对本组45例工作在临床第一线的年轻医务人员，采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)调查，采取5级评分制，将阳性项目数、因子分与正常人相比较，采用统计软件SPSS.10.0，分析，均数比较用独立样本T检验。结果：一线医务人员躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖等症状较正常人突出，P<0.05；差异有显著性意义；阳性项目数较正常成人为高，但P>0.05，差异无显著性意义。结论：严重急性呼吸综合症使年轻医务人员在精神上、心理上处于较高水平的心理应激状态，并对本组医务人员的身心健康受到某些方面的影响。

    Investigation of Psychological condition InfLuenced by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome in Medical Staff

    Abstract： Objective： In order to investigate psychological condition of medical staff influenced by severe acute respiratoly syndrome. Method： 45 young medical staffs were enrolled to accept investigation of SCL-90 with five class. The result of positive items and grade of factor were compared with normal group, and analyzed with SPSS 10.0 stastistics software. Result： The symptoms of depression, anxiety and dread in medical staff appeared more than normal group (P<0.05). There were not difference significantly in positive items between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion： Severe acute respiratory syndrome could make medical staff themselves belong an urgent condition in psychology and mental attitude, and also have some bad influence to physically and mentally healthy of medical staff. ......
